Community lot just for teens?

I want to make a lot where only teens would go since all the stores i open mostly just adults come. is there a way to make a lot just for teens/kids?

You can try using Two Jeffs Visitor conroller to ban everyone but teens. I use this when I want a teen only lot and it works great. It's just been updated to work with the new OFB and FFS patch, too. Visitor controller (http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php?topic=2271.0)
