Neighbourhood pics

I posted this question before but never actually gaot round to doing it and now my original post is gone :( sorry for repeating it but how do i change the neighbourhood picture? My neighbourhoods changed a lot but the pic in the game shows a blank neighbourhood. And also i want to upload some of my sims, but where do i find the pics i took of them? Any answers would be appreciated :up: :lovestruc :bunny: :)
