Since installing Glamour LIfe my custom content isn't available

Since I installed Glamour life my custom careers have disappeared from the game. They still show up in the custom content dialogue box but for some reason they're not available in the game. I tried the cheat to pick a career and none of them come up

Installing an expansion/stuff pack automatically disables all custom content. Did you re-enable it?
