Go to college option doesn't appear

I have the following problem:

When I click on the telephone's pie menu the option "go to college" doesn't appear anymore!
Only the options with the scholarships! (Apply for and check the scholarships).

Do you have an idea why this option doesn't appear anymore?
Is it maybe a hack which caused the problem?
Or is there somebody who had the same problem?

There should be three:

Use phone to "Call" --> "College" --> 1. Move to College 2. Apply for Scholarships 3. Check current Scholarships.

I don't know what could cause that problem....sorry!

The option to move to college only appears when there are only a certain amount of days left before the teen age transitions to adult (I believe 7 days but I can't remember off the top of my head).

I know that young adults can only move to college some days before they become adult. But exactly this doesn't function!
The "move to college" option doesn't appear!
Probably it is because of global hacks but I don't know which hack I have to remove. So maybe someone of you had also had the same problem and can so tell me which hack caused that???

No, we cannot tell you which hacks to remove because it would depend on which hacks you have, what version and in what combination. A hack that works fine in my game could cause trouble in yours. You need to either use the clean installer or the manual sort method:
