I've overwitten original maxis skinstones and want them back

I've accidently managed to replace an maxis skinstone and don't like what its done to the skintone is there any way I can get the original maxis skinstone back without re-install? Help! its driving me mad

If you downloaded default replacements for the maxis skintones, you can just remove those from your downloads folder.
