(in terms of stars) How do I do it? Maybe I am missing it, but I don't see a place that I can rate people's downloads. Thanks in advance!

Whoa. I think we can't rate them anymore, because the stars thing is gone and all the downloads shown doesn't display the number of stars they have. Cool I never noticed that :p
