my bodyshop downloads dont work but my furnishings do...

okay. i dont know whats going on all my furnishings work...just not my body shop items. if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated thanks :)

if it is custom body shop items, i had that problem before. in order to get body shop items to show up i put those items in the saved sims folder instead of the downloads folder. hope this helped. when i started having some other problems, i unintalled and reinstalled my game and eps and didn't have the problem for what ever reason. hope this makes sense.
