Custom Career Downloads

I downloaded some new careers for my sims but they don't show up in their computer during gameplay. Its the only custom content that I'm missing, everything else worked out fine. How do I get the careers to show up in my game as well?

For custom careers to show up you will need to use a mod/hack.
