1. Learn how to edit body meshes. There's tutorials over in Body Shop Meshing, where I'm moving this post. There are three tutorials - completing all three successfully and doing plenty of one's own experimental side projects would be required before attempting something like this.
2. Either use the existing baby diaper from the baby's body and refit it to the teen body, using teen limbs, or mesh a new diaper-shaped part and map it, and then use it instead.

Not a beginner's project... you'd have to do a lot of study first. Certainly a weird project, though. :wtf:
