Behelit (necklace) only for women :(

After quite a while of mass confusion, i finally figured out why my behelit isnt appearing on my male sim...

The necklace is on a female sim, and therefore i made it on a female sim. But, although the character it is for can look like a woman sometimes, hes not ><

So can anyone help me somehow make it so it will appear under male section too? Cause i have no idea how to do that, and cant find a tut :( (but then i may have skimmed it :s)

there are more way's to do it but i think this is the easiest.
However, i dont know if it will fit as the males neck is bigger?

Didnt work.. I could only change when the sim wears it (with everyday, etc)

There wasnt any change gender to wear it :(

You can do it with SimPE. By hand (looks at which tutorial was recommended)

This tutorial will work - she is assuming you just made the recolor (in terms of finding the file) but at any rate use it on the recolor file, and feel free to try it on the adult stuff. It might not work (your special guy might still have guy proportions, depending on how the clothing meshes were made)

*sighs* i tried it (I think it is a little outdated as i couldnt find the Property Set from the Filetypes box) but it hasnt appeared..

I would recolour an already male necklace (so long as the creator allowed it) but all i can find is bodybuilder necklaces..

Is there any other way of doing it?

Googled - sims male necklace

The one at rose is complicated to recolour, i had a go and it went all funny, and i'd rather not have to sign up at another site just for one thing.. I got dr pixels mesh from his/her site, but there wasnt any male ones..

I did google male necklaces, but didnt find anything useful.. Why does everyone seem to find things better than me ><

There comes a mesh with it aint it?(i only get the maxis default outfit)
Im not sure why i should try to change it to male...
You can make a recolor of maxis default glasses, then you have the files for all genders and ages, attache your mesh to any gender or age you want the neckless on.
Then run it through bodyshop again fixing your textures.......

Your file is based on files from some glasses but you deleted all male genders or you used some one else his custom/recolor accesoire.........maybe even one of mine since i released similar accesoires with that setup.

I can help you out if you dont have a clue wat im talking about but i need the mesh then ;)

The mesh is dr pixels, it came with a necklace i downloaded ><

I cannot make my own meshes :( or anything similar, unfortunately :(

edit: It dissapears into the male body......
You need a new mesh for it ;)
Maybe he did something similar for males as i read earlier,
you might be able to convert your textures.

Sheepy-Pie - go get a free acct at tsr, download dr pixel's necklace for males, and redo your necklace. That is the solution, assuming that the male necklace does sit right on your sim, check before you recolor. Everyone has now spent plenty of time trying to help you.
