Miche and Delphi’s mesh tool - where can i get it?

I've been lookin in the tutorials i downloaded and it says i need

'Miche and Delphi’s mesh tool V. 0. 9.46'

the link provided says the page doesnt exist or something, where can i get it?

The beginner's Body Shop Meshing tutorial links right to it - and the page is still there. Or you could just go up to the Tools and Templates subforum at the top of the forum you just posted in, as it's in there. If you are following any other Body Shop meshing tutorial on using meshtool and you're not following the stickied one by Tig, you're doing the wrong one... but I would strongly advise doing the Unimesh tutorial instead, as Meshtool's edits are very limited.
