Yes how can i import mesh file into 3ds max
and are there a tutorial about it

For boned meshes (since you ask in Body Meshing, I assume you ask about clothing?) you can use smd format. Tutorial is attachment in this post (http://www.modthesims2.com/member/showpost.php?p=1141347&postcount=24).

I have 3Ds Max 9 on my Windows Vista 64 bit
I have download Cannonfodder plugins for exporting/importing smd to max and try a set it in my plugin folder
But when i try a start 3Ds Max 9 it say
it is not a 32 bit program or some thing like that

Use normal language please. English is not my native language, and it's very hard to understand what you are trying to say when you type like that.
For Max9, Cannonfodder smd plugins don't work - they seem to be up to Max8. So you have to search Google for a smd plugin compatible with Max9 - if there are any.
