How to make an object made in Blender useable in Sims 2?

Hello im fairly new to this site.

I am an animator for about 4 months now and i would like to know if any1 can explain to me how to make my animations ( ttabels, chairs ect.) use able in sims 2 game. all i need is a tutorial and that will be fine.
