Enabling NVidia utilities on simpe

Since my latest "accident" installing simpe, I had to install an entirely new version. Maybe I'm just stupid, but I can't seem to find on the site where it says how to enable the NVidia utilities (Build DXT for example) Can someone give me a link? Thanks!

Go to menu Extra->Preferences, it's in the middle of default tab, System Folders.
