when the limo comes to pick up my sims for work only one of them gets in the car but the other one doesnt. the icon just goes away and he does something else. no matter how many times i click the limo or his car he wont go to work. i know its not because the other sim is in there because even if they dont have the same job he still wont go to work. the first time it happend i was just like whatever but then the go to work icon kept coming back up and then going away and when i tried to make a different sim use the car it wouldnt let me click it and the sim with the problem only has the option to go to work but it doesnt work. i made my sim quit his job and then the icon stopped showing up but then i made him get a different job and it started showing up again.
i have no idea how to fix this and i really dont want to have to mess up the whole family but i just want it fixed.
thank you to anyone who helps!

In order to better solve your problem, please go through the following as listed below:
General - Do the Game Problem FAQ
You appear to have not gone through our main Game Help:Game Problem FAQ. Please go through and do the steps on this FAQ, including any others that it links to (for example the Game Help:Game Problem-Problem Custom Content FAQ).
Usually, in the vast majority of cases, actually going through and doing the steps (doing, not just reading) fixes issues - sometimes you may be asked to remove custom content, or to patch - please rest assured that all of our FAQs have been tested by our staff and volunteers and we wouldn't suggest you do something unless it's been known to fix particular issues.
On occasion you might be asked to do a long FAQ - please make sure you do all the steps and don't just skip over them. You'll often find that these long FAQs have all the details you need. If nothing in the above FAQs fixes your problem you may post again detailing exactly which you have done and which steps failed.

Why do you people always do that! You answer someone’s question by telling them to go look for the answer themselves. Look here If you are going to spend the time to answer a post by telling someone to go read the FAQ's then why don’t why just answer the question. And if you don't know the answer THEN DON'T POST ANYTHING. I think it is pretty rude when someone says that the answer to your question is to find out for yourself.

Well let's see. We've only developed those FAQs over years of experience in troubleshooting issues, and ask people to do them because they actually HELP. 99.9% of problems ARE fixed by going through that. It's not "oh just do it yourself" but "here's stuff that usually fixes it." If they say they've gone through that and continue to have issues then we can try to troubleshoot further, but we're not going to sit here retyping, "Okay, first back up, then take out your custom content, then test, then try fresh user files, then test, then try patching, then test," over and over again when people actually CAN go and fix it themselves using methods we know are the quickest and easiest way to find out where the problem is.
We teach people to fish - we don't just hand them a fish sammich. And if you don't agree with that, then YOU don't post. And don't tell staff how to do their jobs or you'll lose your forum access real fast.
