I hope I'm not breaking any rules here.
I am having great difficulties downloading from your site into my game since purchasing & adding apartmentlife.
I am just wondering if your items are currantly compatible with this expansion pack or if you haven't as yet been able to accomodate this expansion yet.
If you have then could you please give me some advise as to how to proceed further.

Hacks, hacked objects, and other modded items may have issues with Apartment Life. This is normal with any expansion. All EPs change code so that modded objects can cause issues.

Other items - walls, floors, sim content like hair and skintones, etc., all work fine with Apartment Life with no issues. Nothing major has changed that you should have any issues getting items into the game with the new EP. If it's just a matter of stuff not showing up, that's something covered in the FAQs in our Game Help section.
