Hello, :help:
i looked everywhere for a tutorial about this, but i found nothing. If there´s anyone please just give me the link.
My question is: How do i get one grey hair instead of four, means how do i link the other colours to one grey file? And how do i get a hair family-linked??
Please answer (or just give the link;)
Thank you!

You can do this easily using theo's colour binning tool:
http://theos.chewbakkas.net/tools/color-binning-tool.html
Which is a SimPE plugin. You just deselect the unwanted grey textures. There is a step by step usage guide there, as well as links to other tutorials.

I used to bin all my hair witrh that plugin, but now it just doesn't work. The binned hair files do not appear anywhere, although the original files are converted to *.packagedisabled
ist there a way to do this manually?

Yes, you can color bin manually. There's a link to a tutorial on this page:

If you go to Create, all tutorials, and look for "bin", you'll find it too.

I do hair binning manually. Here is what you can do about the greys.
Run SimPE and then open your Blonde hair recolor file.
In the left hand pane, click on property set.
Click on each of the lines in the right pane (each of the hairs ages)
As you do, observe the information contained in the "flags" line down below.
Normally each will have as its value "0x00000000".
Having that value, the hairs will show up in CAS and BodyShop.
Now lets say you have four hair colors, blonde, brown, red, black.
If each of these hair files all have 0x00000000 as the value in flags for the GREY hair, there will be 4 grey hairs, because each hair recolor file has a grey version.
What I, and others, sometimes do is to change the flags value for the GREY hair version in each recolor of the hair EXCEPT one to 0x00000009. So as not to forget which is what, I personally always only leave the grey hair in with blonde.
This does not actually remove or get rid of the extra grey hairs. What it does is hides them from showing up four times over.
It should also be kept in mind that if you do this, deleting the blonde hair recolor, or whichever one has the grey hair "visible", will cause the hair to not be able to be picked in CAS or BodyShop.
To get all the hairs together into the same family group, what I do is go to each file and for each hair age, make each value under family (dtString) the same. Just copy and paste it to each.

Family-linking hair is actually super easy with the Wardrobe Wrangler (and binning, too). It is at http://www.djssims.com/index.php?category=1&subcat=5

I had that idea and tried it before. It didn't work for me somehow...
is there a way to create an extra elder grey package and link all the different hair colors to it? Just like the color binning tool does, only manually
because the tool (besides that it doesn't work for me) is limited to one color for each color bin
