Recolouring for pets.

I know how to do hair recoloring for sims, but how do you make custom recolors and markings on cats and dogs? I couldn't find a tutorial about it on the site. thanks.

I don't know how to either, but you can look at the two examples below and see how those creators did it.

I'm sure I've seen actual custom colors that don't override anything, but couldn't find them. Search through the Pets section, maybe you'll find them.
