Program for townie's clothing

Hi!
I'm finding the way to chage clothes of all townies in the 'hood - may be manually, one by one or randomly. I just want them to wear only custom clothes.
May be I can make it with simpe, but it's loading so slowly in my pc :(
May I have another way to do it?

If you don't mind the slow way, use a teleporter (I have one at Simlogical, or you can use SimBlender by TwoJeffs) to bring the townie to your lot and make them selectable. Select them and take them to a dresser and Plan an outfit for each of their outfit types.

You may like to look out for a hacked dresser that allows you to choose from all the clothes not just the ones the family on the lot owns.

Yes, I tend to encourage people to change over to the SimBlender as that is fully supported by its creator, but if you want to keep the InSimenator you can summon sims with that.
