Sims 2 Double Deluxe Bodyshop

None of my custom content is showing up on in Body Shop. I own the Double Deluxe version of Sims 2 . I followed the instruction on what to do if custom content is not showing up, but it did nothing :cry: ! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
