Um. . . Help?

Okay, first off, I have no clue where I should really put this thread.

I'm hoping I got the right forum.

Anyways, this is for downloading help! Now, I have no problem downloading anything, at all
Except for the neighbourhoods done by plasticbox (http://modthesims2.com/member.php?u=178282)
I keep trying to download the custom content packages that come with the lot, but I keep getting an "Error: Access is denied" whenever I move it to my downloads folder.
There's nothing wrong with Winzip as I've just downloaded a few other items and I've never had any problems downloading .RAR folders before.
I'm totally lost. Is there something I'm doing wrong, maybe? I just don't know. I've tried downloading both of plasticbox's neighbourhoods, Middleground (http://modthesims2.com/download.php?t=260726#post1835525) and Elsewhere (http://modthesims2.com/download.php?t=319898).
Please help! I hate to think that there may be something wrong with my brand new computer! :cry:

Your thread has nothing to do with Sims 2 Tools. It is more of a game help / computer issue.

Please read Downloading for Fracking Idiots, as it takes you through everything (and I mean everything) you need to do to install custom content.
