Beach lots are shown light blue...

Hi guys! I installed all expansions and everything was ok... no technical problems and I put graphics all high and everything is running fast.. but beach lots are shown in bright light blue and only seen right when approaching to them with the camera...

The last EP I installed was Apartment Life and works ok.

There is no custom content so that issue is discarded... What could it be then? any ideas? :S It is really the only graphical problem so it's really weird...
