View Full Version : SOLVED - Delete surplus objects from the GMDC in SimPE?
11th May 2009, 6:26 PM
So I goofed, and somehow *added* a .obj file instead of replacing one in SimPE, and of course did not notice my mistake until I'd committed and saved the package file, and now I can't spot how to delete it, and haven't been able to find mention in any searches of a way to do it. Is there a way to do it or do I have to either just alter and keep it in, or start from scratch again?
Thanks for your time.

You can delete them. Unfortunately I am not at my game right now to give you step by step instructions.
hmmm...Trying to remember... Look at the gmdc plugin view. On the bottom section plugin view, click on the second? tab? Anyway, poke around - down there is where you can find and select/delete, etc. just make sure you are on the correct item before deleting it.
Also, If you have not SAVED your package, just exit and reload and it will be as before.
You can always to the the SimPE forums and FAQ site for assistance on these things. http://sims.ambertation.de/en/kb/

Deleting stuff is in the Groups tab, I believe.
