Help!!!

I installed Sims 2 University a while back and found I was having a problem with it. The problem was that after I had installed it I went to open my family but the family wouldn't load. It would show the family picture but the actual family game would not show...like the actual sims themselves. The timer would keep going around and around and not load. Then when I get frustrated with it i would exit it and then I tried to get rid of Sims 2 University but it got rid of sims 2 along with my other families so I had to install Sims 2 again and start a new family. I am thinking of trying to install Sims 2 University again but I am afraid. I am afraid that the problem will come back again and occur. And then Im afraid that I will have to delete Sims 2 University and then lose all my cheats and hacks etc....

So I hope anyone understood what my problem is. I am looking for help on this problem.

I had that problem too..it was because I 'enabled content'. When I use 'disable content' the family's load. It sucks though because you can't use custom objects.
