Is it possible to change a sim's skin in-game?

I need to change someones skin for a story! =[ Would I have to use something like SimPE to do that? Because, if so, I can't because I'm on a Mac! *le sigh*

Go onto MTS2 and search for a member by the name of Christain Luv and he has a hack so you can change skintones in game without SimPE.
