Lot is flashing blue, help! :(

As you can see, this is during winter and the snow is flashing blue D: I have no idea what it could be, whether it's my graphics card or I have something conflicting with the game. I had gunmod's lighting hack but I uninstalled it so I don't think it could be that. Also all of my custom content works and all that stuff. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? :(

To me it happened because of Targa's pond water mod (the one that changes the color of pond water). Rounded pool corners also didn't work. Do you have it installed? It could be it, removing it solved the problem in my game.

Woah If that happened to me AHHH poor you I hope it is solved now? this happened to me ages ago but only a small patch of blue after ages of panic I realised it was a gun download from modthesims.com so I agree prob the download effecting the game, Though downloads are amazing luckily this doesnt happen often (I HOPE) goodluck xxx
