Stuff Pack Question

I'm getting the Happy Holiday stuff pack. I have all the expansions and no other stuff packs.
My question is, can I install a stuff pack out of release date order and have the game still work properly? So the games are installed in this order:

University
Nightlife
Business
Pets
Holiday Stuff Pack

Another question that relates to this is, did the Happy Holiday stuff pack come out after Pets? If it did, I know I'll have no problem installing it.
