The Battle for Middle Earth

I just played "Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth" (LOTR: BFME) a couple of days ago at my friends house & I absolutely loved the game...the graphics & gameplay are excellent, but I noticed that "LOTR: BFME 2" is out so I wanted to take your opinion...which one should I get? Is the new one improved & better? Or is the older one better?

The second of the two is the better game.

I have them both. But I play neither. I played the first but now I can't because I uninstalled it and haven't found time to reinstall (I'll make that 15 minutes some day.)

THe second I couldn't even run on my system.
