A Few Cute Things, and bikes???

Whilst playing these past two days, I took note of some cute things that happened:

-My clumsy sim often got frustrated when she couldnt get the toilet to flush or the fridge to close
-My friendly sim was able to "Get to know" other sims
-My Good sim could "brighten day"
-I got one of my sims up for work and popped them in the shower. Instead of changing into casual, they changed into their uniform instead.
-You can see all the kids and teens arriving outside at school and socializing before it starts
-When a sim is pregnant they get a good moodlet that lasts all the way through the pregnancy.
-When sitting down to eat their favorite food, sims will clap happily

Have you guys noticed anything cute or small, but just gave you a chuckle?

And for some reason, when i place a bike on its stand/parksing spot thing, my sim cant select it or use it. Is this a bug or do I need to do something in order to ride it? Any suggestions?

You can't actually tell a sim to ride their bike somewhere via clicking the bike. They will automatically take the bike if you tell them to go somewhere though. Does that make sense?

Yeah, but I was testing to see what was wrong, so I clicked on a random place (town hall i think) and she took a cab instead =/

Hmm, have you tried assigning ownership of the bike to her?
I'll get in my game and mess with it and see if I can come up with anything else, unless someone else has an answer that is.

When my sims go to another building,I can't see inside.What happened?

You cant see in A LOT of the buildings, Its just normal

bb4, if you're not talking about a rabbit hole building but other buildings, like other homes, right-click the sim icon on the left. When you zoom in to a new lot, you automatically come in above the house, and you can do that or just use the 'level down' button on the controls to lower the level until you get to your sim.

I started a new neighborhood, went to the Keatons' house, bought them a bike and bike rack, placed them in the front yard, and told Justine to go to Central Park via map view. She automatically took the bike.

Then I assigned ownership of the bike to Justine, and told Marty to go to the park. He took a cab.

I then set it to shared ownership, told Marty to go to the park. He took the bike.

I'm sorry I honestly can't figure out what might be wrong with your game besides that she isn't set as the owner of the bike possibly. :(

Yeah its weird. I cant even SELECT the bike. It just shows me the grab mode hand. >.< I'll play around with it. Its probably just a dumb mistake I'm overlooking haha

Try dragging the bike into her inventory. I noticed if you're only playing a single sim, you can't really set ownership to the bike.

Something cute that literally *just* happened on my game is that somehow one of the outside ornaments, the flamingo was knocked over, and the papergirl picked it up. How nice is that! :D

EDIT: Then the Repo-man took the flamingo ¬_¬
