If the problems persist after following the instructions in that article, you may post to Site Issues (http://www.modthesims.info/forumdisplay.php?f=24), but I strongly recommend that you figure out whether or not you have cookie-blocking software installed before posting there. It is your responsibility to know how your computer is configured.

For emphasis: MAKE SURE you have ticked the "Remember Me" option when logging in to Mod The Sims. If you do not, then you will not be able to download from this site.
