Well, I downloaded some sims for TS3 and I know there's info about how to put them in my game, but it still doesn't work for me, soo.. :(
I'm just wondering if I did it correctly. Am I supposed to create a new folder called "SavedSims" in my Sims folder? That's what I did, since there wasn't one there from the beginning.
I then extracted the .zip's and put the sims in that folder.
But I still can't find them in CAS :( bah.

If the file format inside the zip is a .Sims3Pack, you have to let the game's launcher install it. If the file format is .sim, you need to put the file in your SavedSims folder located within Documents (not Program Files): My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\SavedSims

If you have done that correctly, then the next thing to do is make sure that you are looking in the right age group in CAS. The game starts you on YA by default. If you're positive you're in the right age group, try toggling the "show cc only" asterisk.
