Pond in home...

if i stock 10 fish in the pond in my sim's house.
will the fish keep increasing or remain 10 fish?

how do you stock the pond in the first place?
I am so confused :/

You need 10 of the fish you wish to stock. Example: you have 10 goldfish in inventory you can stock the pond with goldfish, by clicking on the pond and choosing "stock".

I am not sure if the number of fish decreases over time, I have not had it happen ..... yet. I think once you stock the pond the fish remain, they just don't jump like in pre-stocked ponds.

I have had one pond that I stocked with deathfish and they disappeared, I had not caught all 10 fish from it yet, so this may have been a bug.

It only happened once, I haven't tried again, so it may have been a bug I experienced.

one more question , how to make a food with death fish
so sim that ate will die?

I have tried this and have been unable to do it. I had prepared sushi with only deathfish and made the sim eat it ...... and nothing happened, well he got sick but only because he is a vegetarian and ate fish, had another sim try it and still nothing, she wasn't a vegetarian so she didn't even get sick.

The deathfish only appear after midnight- so if you aren't catching them fishing during the day try night fishing

I have my pond stocked with deathfish and I have not needed to stock it in a while? I actually done use it much, with the omni plant I feed it vampire fish to use as fertilizer which works well. I guess I might try to feed it some deathfish and if all goes well, ditch the pond :)

When you stock a pond it's stocked forever. And you can catch deathfish during the day in your home pond.

nope. a level 10 cooking sim can make ambrosia out of deathfish and life fruit which will make them younger. They must buy and learn the recipe first tho
