Missing items from the catalog?!

Okay, here's the deal: I have all EPs installed except Pets. Today, I decided to install Mansion and Garden, to see if it's worth it.
After installation, I entered the game. To my unpleasant surprise, I noticed that items were missing from the catalog. For example, all wall speakers, except the one that came with the base game.
What could have possibly caused this?

I did installed some EPs after having others in my game already, my items were arranged again, there's a big lighting rob I coudn't find anywhere even in the place that I found it before, then it showed up only on BV folder, and I bet some other items were missplaced also.

Please refer to the Game Help forums for all game glitches. They do not belong in Discussion, and you ignored the Discussion guidelines in order to post this thread. Moving.

Did you check for the wall speakers on a community lot? That's where they show up... not on a residential.

As for the CEP, I'm pretty sure I have the latest one. No harm in installing it again, right?

EDIT: Tried Canoodle's suggestion, and the speakers reappeared. God, I fell like such a noob... :(

Hey, we all do stuff like that every once in a while. It's good to know you didn't have a guid conflict or something else that was borking your catalog items. :)
