Lou's Life Stages Contest - APPLICATIONS

This contest is mainly about seeing a sim grow from Toddler to Elder, and telling us their main life story on the way. You will be using the same sim the whole way through this contest, so create your sim wisely (please read the 'Tips' section for more information).

This is a Sims 3 Contest only.
Only female sims may be entered.
One entry per person.
No hair, makeup or backgrounds to be shopped.
Only editing to pictures that is allowed is to lighten, add text, sharpen or blur them.

You will need to use the 'Trigger Birthday' cheat to participate in this contest. To do this, hold down ‘ctrl’, 'shift' and 'c' while in live mode to bring the cheat box up. Then type testingcheatsenabled true. Now hold down 'shift' and click on your sim. The option should come up to trigger their birthday.

I strongly suggest that when creating a sim you start off by creating a young adult or adult to know what they will turn out to look like when older. This is purely down to the fact that if you create a toddler without seeing her grown up, she may not turn out how you would have liked her too!

One Head Shot
One Body Shot
Two Free Shots of their current everyday lifestyle (E.g., are they spoilt? Cute? Do they enjoy drawing? Anything that shows what they get up to in this stage of life).

Story - Please give a few lines to explain about your sim at this stage of life,

Have you got a gorgeous little angel or a devilish brat? Looks more like mother but acts more like father?

Show and explain here in the Application Round!

hyghtyme - You can use whatever sim you wish, in-game born, in-game pre made or created in CAS. You will need the sim you chose throughout the whole contest though :) .
jewaukeela - Sorry to hear that, know how annoying it is, I wanted to enter your contest but was only Sims 3 at the time.

Shaunte is 9 months old and the only child in her family. She is growing up in a non-traditional home - living with her dad, Clay Samuels. Shaunte's mother died shortly after giving birth and meeting her daughter for the first time.

The last nine months have been difficult for both Shaunte and her father but they are adjusting. Clay is still trying to figure out how to be a good dad and keep his music career moving. Life has fallen into a fairly steady routine which makes missing his wife slightly less painful.

While Clay is writing songs and playing the guitar, Shaunte listens intently and plays her own music. She enjoys hammering on her xylophone daily while daddy works. For Clay, he is excited that his daughter is interested in music too. It gives them an extra special bond, not to mention he has actually gotten a few rhythmic sound ideas from some of the beats Shaunte has hammered out.

After a long day of working and playing, Shaunte is sleepy. These are the moments Clay loves best - cuddling his daughter and singing softly until she falls asleep in his arms.

Very sorry Lou, I've been waiting for a Sims 3 contest too, and my stupid pc breaks down on me.

I think this contest is going to have to close. I'm getting very little interest in it and I don't think extending the application round is going to make any difference :( . Such a shame because I thought this contest would have been a great one once people got into it and to the adult round.
