Can I use delpy's slider hack with world adventures? I'm stressed.

Hi guys! Ummm can I use deplhy's hack with world adventures?? bcuz it said i have to update the game before installing and i have the really old version of sims 3 just to keep the sliderhack. I heard the the hack can be wrecked with the latest patches.thanks

I use the breast/butt/waist sliders with the updates and World Adventures. I haven't had any crashes or errors for awhile either.
