I need help with creating a Transexual sim for the sims 3

Ok i need help makeing a transexual sim and im lost. I have soms mods that let me edit breast size butt waist shoulders and all that but i cant seem to get my sliders to work on my male sims so how do i get my download breast sliders to work on my male sims? All tips and tricks are appreciated.

The breast slider does not work on male sims as male sims do not have breasts.

ok well how can i chage this? Ive seen trans sims before so i know it can be done. got any other ideas?

Well, there WAS a page on a Sims website, that enabled some female clothing for men, but I seem to have a bit of a time finding it. I'll keep searching for you.

Right now, no there isn't. And you're welcome. :D

Use DelphysCTU to edit the package files. Be sure to get the female feet & shoes also. Lots of work.
