Triangle Floor Tiles?

Recently installed the game, and caught the tip in Build Mode on making triangular floor tiles (at least I think I saw that), alas, I can't recall how to do that. I've been using the TS2 method of fencing -> delete tile -> replace tile -> delete fence.

What's the method of doing this in TS3?

I think it is the same in TS3 and TS2, ctrl + F will give you quarter tiles. Then use the < and > to rotate.
