Here's my attempt of making Oerba Dia Vanille sim from Final Fantasy XIII - EPIC FAILED!

It needs some tweaks especially her lips (I suck at making those). Any suggestions? :(

awesome start, very good resemblance.
Her face is too long though as is the nose. Both needed to be shorted quite a bit - the original has a short oval shaped face wereas yours is quite elongated.
Lip wise, the originals' are quite even in thickness on top and bottom so try evening them out a bit and i'd say make the mouth less wide by a little and a touch closer to the nose.

Gorey is right, the face is too long. Nose is the trouble there. Eyes are spectacular! At this point though even the eyes are thrown off a bit--I'm not sure if you need to SLIGHTLY rotate them so the inner corners face UP a BIT more...or leave it alone until you get the nose sorted out. A profile shot might help so I can see how far out the tip of the nose extends. Right now the upper lip looks a bit pushed in like she's sucking on lemons, but it's hard to suggest a solution without me seeing how the nose is sculpted. They can sort of tie in together and suggesting a change for one can mess up the other. The top of the nose bridge needs to be brought down a bit, too, in the nose-bridge slider adjustment section. Compare your reference photograph and carefully match the top of the nose bridge to the same position the original has hers.
You've got such an awesome start here. We just need to see her adjusted to have more of a petite face. Probably after the nose is shortened, you can go into the jaw adjustment sliders and reduce jaw height. Don't be shocked if it makes her look weird--there are always many small adjustments that need to be made when you alter the size of a face, unfortunately. I'm a little worried the hairstyle you chose may add to the illusion of her face being longer than it actually is. It might help to see her in a very basic EA Ponytail to see how her face actually is shaped. I've had a few hairstyles make my sims heads seem to grow long like potatoes. This may be one of those styles. I don't know. It might be wise to find additional pigtail styles to fall back on in case this one keeps sitting up too high and elongating your sim's face.
Please don't think me rude if I end up not posting here again. I'm kind of all over the place these days and lose track of what I'm doing. But I will try and check back if I get a chance.
