How do I associate cooking with washing hands?

It always bugged me when sims don't wash their hands before cooking. Is there a way to make to where sims autonomously wash their hands before they cook? If so, what should I be cloning from in simPE? I'm thinking I should start with a sink, and then take either the pie menu function area, or find something about the BHAVs of a sink and put it in the part of cooking preparation. But I'm having a hard time finding what would be known as cooking preparation. Also I might be completely wrong about the sink part, I'm so lost, and don't know where to begin. If anyone at all can help me understand what to do (maybe setting some flags in the area of the cooking BHAV?) I would really appreciate that.

I'd suggest taking a look in the Food semiglobals, particularly the "Food - Eat - Prepare" function. There are a few calls in there to "Find Best Object for Function". I expect you'd need to put your own set of those in near the start, but set it so that it's finding best object for "wash hands". :)
