Suggestions for Roof

I need help/suggestions on this house I'm building. I'm just getting the basic structure down right now. I like the roof so far as I've done it. But, I have these 3 dormer-type sections (See picture) that I've yet to cover. I like the look of the hipped roof but if I use that it creates these cut-outs on the roof below it. I tried the octagonal roof but it just looks ugly. Suggestions?

If you like the way that hipped roof looks, then you can just cover the dormer parts with an octagonal roof. perhaps consider extending the 2 dormers in the front so that they protrude out the sides as well, instead of just the front.
