Lot Crashes on birthday

i have a household with 2 adults and a teen. Its the adults birthday, and the woman ages up fine, but every time the man goes to age, the game crashes. I have gone through the FAQ, but when i took out all my cc, the lot wouldnt load. The gme crashed before i could even see if mayhew would age up or not

does anybody know what to do?
