When you Invite a Sim over

They will agree then say they are busy and can't come. Why is that?

Because they were free at the time you called but then the sim had to work. They only cancel if they have either school or work.

Most times it is late at night. Is there a mod where people can visit any time? It might be to late when I invite them over.
