High quality recolors?

Hey guys. I wanna know how to make high quality recolors. What options do you need to change in the "Build DXT" menu to make recolors high detailed? Does changing the texture format to Raw32Bit increase the quality? Thanks

Build using dxt 3 is more than enough. Some of the other choices will make recolor files larger in kb size than they need to be without enhancing the image in game.
