What's the deal with Whoohooium?

Has anyone discovered what whoohooium does? Sorry in advance if this has been covered haven't seen a thread for it.

If you smelt it and place it on a bedstand, then Sims can never be rejected for WooHoo.

You place it on a bedside table next to a double bed, and it both ensures that Woohoo will occur between any Sims on the bed, and when they do Woohoo it glows and hearts come from it.
