When I read the patch notes I get the idea that the Vehicle Enthusiast trait should be part of the patch and does not need Fast Lane. However after patching the game I can't find it ingame at all.
Tbh the trait is just about the only thing I am interested in regarding this fluff pack since it feels like just another set from the online store (was very disappointed with the previous fluff pack) so if I can get it to work without wasting 20 euro it would be awesome.
Has anyone been able to use this trait without needing to buy Fast Lane?
edit: nevermind, it turned out to be a conflict with a selfmade mod that disabled the private eye uniforms.
