how can I make bigger heads

I just wonder if it's possible to make a bigger head in sims, and how I could do that.

For Sims 2? No real way besides creating a full "mask" or "helmet" to go over the sim's head, similar to Bender, the Powerpuff Girls, or Optimus Prime (all posted here on MTS) where the visible head fits fully over the sim's normal head. They are not animated that way though, so it is of limited usefulness.

I can make very animate mask, but it will random automaterandom faces. It may be confusing, I wont if you rather not.
