Missing File

I went to Sims3 Live chat and the agent told me to change my registery file. Mistake :( . When I run Norton Win Doctor it says I am missing a file." CLSID\{1171A62F-O5D2-11D1-83FC-OOAOC9O89C5A}\InprocServer32" I have no clue as to what to do .Is there anyone who can help me? I refuse to go back to the live agent they stink.
