Sims3 live chat messed up my PC

Please help me.I made the mistake of going to sims3.com live chat for help.They had me change stuff so much I have totally mess up my PC :cry: .Now I need to reformat.The problem is when my pc starts it goes passed the page I need to Boot from CD. It happens so fast I can't get the page therefore I can't boot from CD and reformat :rolleyes: .Is there any other way to get to that page so I can fix my PC?I have been trying to catch that page for 2 days now and I have had enough :faceslap: .Any help would be most helpfull

Reformatting your PC is pretty radical, if you can remember what the EA people instructed you to do, or describe the symptoms, then we may be able to help you to put it right.

If you really do want to reformat though, you just need to figure out what key to press to get you into BIOS, to set your CD drive as primary boot device. Here are some examples of which keys to press:

Don't forget to backup your data and sims files before doing anything, though.
