Hey, i've googled this for weeks now, and I can't find an answer!

i have two questions, and i'd love it if someone could give me the answer or direct me to somewhere where it is! thanks!

1) Do you have to turn Living Neighberhood on, or is automatically on?

2) How do you get Neighbors pregnant with whoever their husband is, because i want my woman and her friend to be pregnant together?

I presume you are referring to "Story Progression" as it is called in the English translation.

Yes, it is enabled by default.

You could wait until your progression system does the deed...

However if you want to force the issue, you can use a mod such as MasterController to "pollinate" the couple.

If you choose that approach, the mod is available via the link in my signature.
