replacing ingame face

I have read & understood the tutorial about extracting ingame sim. yesterday I opened another sim which I've had in BS for long time which I like. As I looked at the GMDC's there are several but, the last two represent the face. Question 1: which should i use is it the one that says 0LOD GMDC or the one below that as, it is an adult sim. Question 2: after I resolve this, my wish is to extract the sim I have ingame & is it possible to swap face GMDC's with the one I like so it would show in game. How can this be done? thanks for help. :turtle:

I believe that you want Sim Surgery in SimPE. If you don't want the "from" sim in your neighborhood, then Theo has a special SimPE plugin which will help:

I really wish maxis didn't take the bodyshop feature away from the game as,no matter how I try, I can't make my sim look like the one made in BS.
